Compare the Friday GoldStar train plan with private road-transfer alternatives. Brian’s Seward–Anchorage private transfer and a Seward–Talkeetna scenic charter are unquoted possibilities, not confirmed bookings. Enter the actual six-person charter quote when received. Do not select the Friday train AND a replacement Friday road transfer.
Private Seward–Talkeetna is a longer road journey than a simple Anchorage–Talkeetna transfer. Confirm realistic road time, sightseeing stops, driver hours, luggage, Monday return to Anchorage airport, and price for all six.
Other ground transportation for your couple
Enter other rental cars, fuel, parking, taxis, Uber and transfers not covered by the scenario above. Avoid double-counting excursions that include transportation.
Talkeetna and remote Seward stays may need a rental car or prearranged transfers. Uber availability should not be assumed. A private Friday Seward road transfer replaces, rather than supplements, the Friday GoldStar train. Any existing train selection must be removed manually; confirm refund/change conditions.
How this test website works
1. Each couple opens the same website link on its own device and selects its profile. 2. Assign each activity to individual travelers, enter prices and proposed times. 3. Compare lodging plus transport costs. 4. Review pace and experience warnings. 5. Download an itinerary backup.
Privacy: There are no accounts or server-side storage in this prototype. Profile names are convenience labels, not secure logins. If two couples use the same browser, they can see each other's saved selections. Do not enter sensitive information.
Sharing: Download the readable group-interest summary (HTML) to send your activity interests without including prices. It opens in any browser and can be printed to PDF. The organizer can collect the three summary files. The public website link can be shared with other travelers; selections do not sync between devices.
Planning data: Cruise schedule is drawn from the provided confirmation. Excursion concepts and lodging candidates are from group research. Prices, availability, transfer times, walkability, and operators require verification before booking.
